People with yellow card training benefit from working with elevated platforms in various industries. The card is valid for five years. Therefore, if you are an active worker, you can take full advantage of working in other sectors that uses EWPs. However, after the tenure, the validity will expire. Then, the card will require renewal. You cannot renew the card by merely paying the fee, but one must enrol for a training course or test.

What is the process of an EWP renewal program?

When your yellow card is about to expire, you will get a notification mail or message for a renewal. However, this process can be done online. You will verify the payments and accreditation yourself during this process by paying the required fee to renew the card.

Along with that, an individual will be going through a test to answer specific questions. These questions given in the confined space training will test your knowledge of being an eligible candidate for the yellow card. Therefore, they have to be answered correctly. As a result, passing the test will prove that your practical knowledge is potent, up-to-date, and sharp.

The only condition for procuring this card is to pass the test. In contrast, if you do not pass the test, you can give yourself a second chance. But it is noteworthy that a person attempting the trial of a yellow card training can reapply a maximum of three times.

Consequences for not passing the yellow card renewal test?
